How does the 7-day free trial work?+
You pick a plan, enter your payment method, and get instant access to the full library. On day 8 your first billing cycle begins. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
Do I need a Notion / Google Workspace account to use the templates?+
Yes — templates are delivered as native files. You'll need a free Notion account for Notion templates, a Google account for Docs/Sheets/Slides templates, a free Figma account for design templates, and an Airtable account for workflow templates. There is no extra charge for any of these.
How do I actually copy a template into my workspace?+
Every template page has a one-click "Duplicate" button. Notion templates open the standard Notion duplicate flow. Google Docs/Sheets/Slides templates open a Copy dialog. Figma opens the file directly. No exports needed.
Can I share templates with my team?+
Once you duplicate a template into your workspace, you can share it with your team using your workspace's standard sharing tools. The Rowkit license permits internal use across your team. You cannot re-publish templates externally.
How often are new templates added?+
We publish 2–4 new templates every week. All new templates are included in your subscription — no add-on fees.
Do you offer team seats?+
The Basic plan and above include 3 team seats. Premium includes 10 seats. VIP includes unlimited seats. Contact sales for larger organizations.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. One click from your dashboard's Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Do you offer refunds?+

Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by a Level-1 PCI DSS certified provider. We never see or store your full card number. 3-D Secure 2 is enforced on all EU cards and available on request for US cards.
What does the charge look like on my statement?+
Charges appear as ROWKIT*SUB on your credit card statement. If you don't recognize a charge, email contact@mateusmonteirollc.shop before disputing — we can usually resolve within 1 business day.

Rowkit is operated by Mateus Monteiro LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company. Full company details, address and EIN are printed in the footer of every page.
