Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user of Rowkit. Its purpose is to protect the Service, our Customers, and third parties from abuse.

Prohibited uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Templates as a standalone product;
• Using Templates to train generative AI models;
• Reverse-engineering the Service or extracting non-public data;
• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or promotes violence;
• Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) or to conduct phishing;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
• Introducing viruses, worms, trojan horses or other malicious code;
• Circumventing rate limits, usage caps, or plan restrictions;
• Impersonating any person or entity;
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate termination without refund.
