Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and describe the specific conditions of paid Rowkit subscriptions offered by MATEUS MONTEIRO LLC.

1. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on every plan. You must provide a valid payment method to activate the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, we will automatically charge the payment method for the first billing cycle at the price shown on the pricing page.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize MATEUS MONTEIRO LLC to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee at the start of each new cycle until you cancel.

3. Notice before renewal

We send an email reminder to the address on file at least seven (7) days before every annual renewal, and at least three (3) days before every monthly renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard's Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. There are no cancellation fees.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and any remaining unused prepaid amount is credited to your next invoice.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Changes will not affect any billing cycle that has already been paid. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before applying a price change to your next renewal.

7. Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Where required by law, we collect and remit these taxes. If you provide a valid tax identification number where accepted, we will apply the reverse-charge mechanism.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again over the following 7 days. If the payment cannot be collected, we may suspend access until the balance is paid.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as ROWKIT*SUB. For any question about a charge, contact contact@mateusmonteirollc.shop.
